WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO ?
We currently only ship within the United States. If you would like to place an order outside of the United States. Please send us an e-mail at info@sheatoven.com. Please ensure your provide your contact information, the item you would like to purchase, its size, quantity and estimated date needed by. We will reply with 48 hours with a quote to cover the shipping and purchase cost.

We also send our products to a reputable lab in which they examine our products and provide us with a potency analysis. We upload all of our product analysis to the website. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ?
Please let us know if you have any issues or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason. We want to make sure you enjoy our products!
-If your product arrives to you damaged for any reason, please email us asap at info@sheatoven.com and we will rush a replacement to you.
We are unable to offer returns due to the organic nature of our products, but are more than happy to issue a merchandise credit for unopened items.
All of our products are handmade, natural and food-grade quality so each batch may vary slightly. They are sensitive to fluctuations of heat, so please mind their storage.
